ensures our staff and services are easily adaptable to changes and
opprortunities that may arise in our future. Whether it be changes in technology or oppor-
tunities to offer traditional strata or commercial property management services,

Cana Management was first established in 1981 back when housing co-ops were just emerging in Canada. Starting with just a handful of housing co-op clients, our company has grown to include 28 experienced co-operators serving over 50 co-op communities. Our team supports over 3,300 units of co-operative housing across Metro Vancouver.
Every housing co-op has its own vision and goals. At Cana, we partner with you to help you realize those goals. We design our services around the way you operate. We help you pick and choose the type of services you need, when you need them, and give you the resources and support for those areas you wish to handle yourself.
