We can attend your GM and are there to follow up on all paperwork that needs to be recorded, filed and registered.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING SUPPORT

Your Annual General Meeting (AGM) is one of the most important event on your co-op's business and social calendar. Sometimes you need help to chair the meeting or chair the election portion of the meeting. OUR GM SUPPORT SERVICES

  • Help with planning, running, and following-up on your GM.
  • Coordinate and attend your GM.
  • File required post-GM reports with government agencies.
  • Prepare materials for post-GM Board meeting.
  • If requested the Co-ordinator will prepare and distribute general meeting notices, agendas and minutes and attend up to three general meetings in addition to the GM.
