- Coordinate and attend your GM.
- File required post-GM reports with government agencies.
- Prepare materials for post-GM Board meeting.
- If requested the Co-ordinator will prepare and distribute general meeting notices, agendas and minutes and attend up to three general meetings in addition to the GM.
