Sean has been part of the Cana Team for over 25 years.  During her tenure, Sean has served in nearly every role within our organization.  She shares her passion for teamwork and commitment to innovation to inspire each of us to do what we each do best. Together, we are better. Why Co-ops?  Co-operative communities provide opportunities for all.  They teach us how to respect, support, and embrace individuals and how to value each individual contribution.  They show us that by working together, we all benefit.  They provide opportunities for pursuing common interests and sharing skills and knowledge.  They build a sense of community and belonging.  Co-operatives are the model for everyday living, here in BC, across Canada, and around the world.

Why Cana?  I originally joined Cana as an opportunity to work with my father in supporting co-operative housing.  Everyone at Cana is dedicated to this common goal and cares a great deal about the work they do.  The organization is filled with a supportive and caring atmosphere.  I’m proud to be a part of this team and honored to have the opportunity to lead our organization and our clients into the future.
